What if your business trip starts the minute the plane touches down? With a charter flight, you can do just that. You will arrive feeling refreshed, not rushed. Charter flights are just perfect for business trips. Transferring trades-people into remote communities and stations is a key part of our operation. We support many businesses across the Top End in their delivery of essential services to some of the most isolated parts of the country.
Chartair works with many mining and resources companies throughout the Northern Territory and Central Australia in areas such as:
With a large, varied fleet conveniently located to mine sites, Chartair is able to respond swiftly to almost any request.
As part of the governance for operating within this sector, Chartair is regularly audited by resources companies to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Whether it is a critical component to ensure an operation continues to function or restocking a remote station, Chartair can satisfy most of your freight needs throughout the Top End. Our aircraft can quickly be reconfigured to provide you all the space you need to optimise the cost of chartering.
A family from Europe travel to a different part of the world each year to visit wildlife sanctuaries. Chartair carried them from Darwin across to The Kimberley in WA and all the way down the west coast to Perth.
With total control of the aircraft, the family were able to amend their itinerary whenever they pleased to ensure their holiday was the best ever.
With bases in Darwin, Alice Springs and Katherine, Chartair is well located for you to explore the iconic tourist sites that make Australia, well, unique.
Medical evacuations (or medivac) are seldom pleasurable, but aero medical flights are often essential. Chartair has the range of aircraft, skills and expertise to safely transfer you or your loved ones just about anywhere in the country at times of medical emergency. In conjunction with our sister-company, Sydney-based AirMed, we will work out the most cost-effective and efficient solution for those long-distance transfers.
Chartair currently undertakes a number of medical operations on behalf of NT Health - non-emergency patient transport either by charter or on scheduled services from remote locations to primary health care facilities in Alice Springs or Darwin; movement of medical staff to and from clinics in Indigenous communities; and, support for Careflight during periods of extended maintenance on their own aircraft.
There are many benefits of chartering an aircraft for your exclusive use, subject to regulatory limits of course, including:
